OnePlus phones that support USB-C to HDMI
OnePlus never documented video output before the OnePlus 12, which is the first model with properly working DisplayPort, followed by the 13 and 15. Owners report that the 7 Pro through 10 Pro can mirror at 1080p with the right adapter, but it is unreliable. The R, T and Nord models use a USB 2.0 port with no video.

No. OnePlus Nord phones use a USB 2.0 port with no DisplayPort Alt Mode. A USB-C to HDMI cable charges them and shows nothing on the TV.
OnePlus 7, 8 and 9 series
Partly, and not reliably. Owners report that the OnePlus 7 Pro, 7T, 8, 8 Pro, 9 and 9 Pro can output video over USB-C, usually at 1080p, but OnePlus never documented it, some updates broke it, and many 4K displays fail. The USB 2.0 OnePlus 8T cannot.
