By installing the USB-C to HDMI Cast Phone to TV app or using usbctohdmi.com you agree to these terms.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Android devices you own or control, subject to the Google Play terms. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the app.

Hardware requirements

Wired casting requires a phone that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C. This is a hardware property of the phone that we do not control. The app includes a compatibility checker and this site publishes a compatibility list so you can verify support before purchasing. Lack of hardware support is not a defect in the app.

Content and DRM

The app plays media stored on your device. It does not and cannot circumvent copy protection (HDCP or similar) applied by streaming services. You are responsible for having the right to display any content you cast.

Purchases and refunds

Paid features are sold through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund policy. Where Google Play declines a refund and the app could not perform its core function on a phone listed as supported, contact support@usbctohdmi.com and we will review the request.

Compatibility information

The compatibility list on this site is compiled from manufacturer documentation and owner reports, with the source noted per model. It is provided as guidance. Regional variants and firmware updates can change behaviour. Verify with the in-app checker before buying accessories.

The app and site are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including the cost of accessories purchased in reliance on information here. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
