No. No Redmi or Redmi Note phone supports USB-C to HDMI output. They all use a USB 2.0 port without DisplayPort Alt Mode.
Xiaomi does not put DisplayPort on any Redmi model, including the Pro and Pro+ versions. Use a Chromecast, Miracast or the Browser Cast mode in the app.
